Biometrics & Measurements

Key physical measurements that provide important metabolic context alongside your lab results
Complete & Submit · ~10–15 minutes
What this tool is for: Simple objective measurements that I use alongside your lab results and symptom picture. You don't need medical equipment — a bathroom scale, tape measure, and if you have one, a blood pressure cuff. If you don't have something, leave it blank and we can take the measurement at our first session.
About You
Height & Weight
Body Measurements
Waist circumference is one of the most clinically important measurements — more so than weight alone. Measure at your belly button level, first thing in the morning before eating, relaxed (not pulled in). Record in cm if possible.
At navel level, relaxed, morning measurement
Widest point around hips/buttocks
Can indicate sleep apnoea risk if elevated
Blood Pressure & Heart Rate
Only complete if you have a blood pressure cuff at home. If not, leave blank — we can take a reading at your first session. If you do have one, take three readings, two minutes apart, sitting quietly. Record the average.
Count pulse for 60 seconds, seated at rest
From wearable (Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Apple Watch) — morning reading on waking, before getting up. RMSSD in milliseconds preferred. Higher = better autonomic resilience.
A falling HRV trend alongside low CAR on DUTCH, low Na/K ratio, or depleted HVA/VMA is a strong HPA load signal. Cross-reference with cortisol pattern.
Temperature & Energy Regulation
Taken immediately on waking, before getting up. Average of 3–5 days ideal.
