✦ 12-Week Programme

Your gut symptoms
have a root cause.

The Resilient Gut System is a 12-week structured gut restoration programme. Not another elimination diet. A clinical process that identifies what’s actually driving your gut dysfunction — and addresses it.

Live cohort £1,997  ·  Evergreen self-paced £497

You’ve tried the elimination diets. Taken the probiotics. Been told IBS is just something you manage.

The problem isn’t your willpower or your commitment. It’s that none of those approaches started with identifying what’s actually wrong. Gut dysfunction has specific, measurable root causes — pathogen burden, microbiome disruption, digestive enzyme insufficiency, gut permeability, immune dysregulation. The intervention has to match the finding.

Without testing, it’s guesswork. The Resilient Gut System starts where every effective intervention should — with data.

IBS & bloating Alternating bowels Abdominal pain Food reactivity Post-meal fatigue Reflux & heartburn Constipation Loose stools Urgency Unexplained fatigue Skin conditions Brain fog

A sequenced 12-week process.
The order matters.

You cannot restore what you haven’t identified. You cannot maintain what you haven’t stabilised. This is why generic gut protocols fail — they skip the investigation and jump straight to intervention. Every phase of RGS builds deliberately on the last.

01
Weeks 1–3
Identify
GI-MAP DNA stool testing plus full intake assessment. Identifying pathogen burden, digestive enzyme output, gut immune markers, intestinal permeability, and microbiome composition. Everything that follows is built on this data — not assumptions.
02
Weeks 4–6
Remove & Replace
Address specifically what the testing found. Pathogen eradication where indicated. Digestive enzyme support. Targeted dietary modifications based on your reactivity data — not a one-size protocol imposed regardless of findings.
03
Weeks 7–9
Restore & Reinoculate
Rebuild the gut microbiome with evidence-based probiotic and prebiotic protocols. Restore gut barrier integrity. Support secretory IgA — the mucosal immune defence that chronic stress and dysbiosis deplete.
04
Weeks 10–12
Maintain & Monitor
Consolidate progress. Establish the dietary, lifestyle and supplement maintenance protocol. Prepare for reassessment testing at six months to confirm sustained improvement and guide the next phase.

Testing, interpretation, protocol,
and support. All 12 weeks.

The RGS is not a supplement protocol or a dietary PDF. It is a complete clinical programme — testing, practitioner review, written protocols, structured content, and direct access throughout.

GI-MAP DNA Stool Analysis
35+ markers. DNA-based sensitivity exceeding 95% for pathogens standard culture routinely misses. Kit dispatched to your address.
Practitioner-Reviewed Results
Full clinical interpretation by Stephen Duncan MSc FDN-P. Pattern recognition across all markers. Written notes explaining what your results mean for your specific case.
Written Clinical Protocol
A comprehensive written protocol covering all four phases — dietary, supplementation, lifestyle, and sequenced intervention built around your GI-MAP findings.
12 Weeks Structured Content
Weekly clinical and nutritional education covering the foundations of gut restoration — so the protocol makes sense and you can sustain it beyond the programme.
Check-In Consultations
Structured progress reviews at weeks 4 and 8 to assess response to the protocol, refine where needed, and address any challenges that arise.
Email Support Throughout
Direct email access to Stephen throughout the 12 weeks. Questions answered within 1–2 working days. No chatbot, no template responses.

is designed for.

IBS & Functional Gut Disorders
IBS is a symptom description, not a diagnosis. RGS investigates the specific drivers — pathogen burden, permeability, dysbiosis — that produce those symptoms.
SIBO & Dysbiosis
Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth and microbiome disruption are measurable and addressable. Identification before intervention — always.
Gut Permeability
Elevated zonulin drives systemic inflammation, food reactivity, and immune activation. Zonulin is directly measured in the GI-MAP panel.
Parasites & Pathogens
Blastocystis, Giardia, H. pylori — consistently underdetected by standard culture. GI-MAP sensitivity exceeds 95% for each pathogen.
Food Reactivity
Chronic food reactions are often a consequence of gut permeability and immune dysregulation. Fix the gut and the reactivity picture frequently changes.
Gut-Driven Systemic Symptoms
Fatigue, brain fog, skin conditions, anxiety — often gut-driven. The gut-brain and gut-immune axes mean dysfunction presents far beyond the digestive system.

“In 37 years of clinical practice I have yet to see a genuine case of persistent gut dysfunction where a properly conducted GI-MAP found absolutely nothing. The symptoms are messages. The test reads them.”

Not sure which fits? Book a free 15-min call — we’ll advise honestly.

Before you join.

Do I need a GP referral?
No. The GI-MAP is arranged privately and dispatched directly to you. No GP referral required. RGS works alongside conventional medicine — it doesn’t replace your GP.
Is the GI-MAP included in the price?
Yes, in the Live cohort (£1,997). In the Evergreen option (£497) the test is arranged separately — guidance and ordering support is included in the programme.
Are consultations in person or online?
All video call. The GI-MAP kit is posted to your address regardless of location. The programme is available across the UK and internationally.
How long before I see results?
Most participants notice meaningful improvement by weeks 6–8. Significant gut restoration takes the full 12 weeks — gut tissue regenerates on a 6–8 week cycle.
Is this suitable for IBD — Crohn’s or colitis?
RGS is primarily designed for functional gut disorders. If you have active IBD, book a call first — we’ll advise whether RGS or the TDG Programme is the better fit for your situation.
What if my GI-MAP is relatively clear?
In 37 years of practice I’ve yet to see persistent gut symptoms where the GI-MAP found nothing relevant. Even a clean pathogen panel provides critical data — sIgA, calprotectin, elastase, beta-glucuronidase all tell a story.
